If someone doesn't hear a clear and accurate Gospel presentation, they cannot be saved. This truth is obvious and clear in Scripture. Also, it is clear that the responsibility for sharing this Good News is ours (the Church). 

God has called every Christian to make disciples and to preach (proclaim) the Gospel. He has also gifted different people with various gifts. Evangelists focus on the first step in disciple-making, namely, evangelism.
